Lead time: All personalized orders have a lead time of 7-10 working days

We use a stabiliser backing to embroider our items. If you have sensitive skin, you might prefer choosing non-personalised items for increased comfort.

Domestic shipping:

• We have a lead time of 7-10 working days on all personalised orders.
• Our national flat rate shipping fee is R150.
• Expedited delivery can be arranged in advance. please email us at orders@topdrawercollection.com
  

International shipping:

• We have a lead time of 10-15 working days on all personalized orders.
• All international shipments are dispatched via DHL. Shipping charges will calculated at checkout.

Returns:

• Non-personalised garments will gladly be exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date. Please email us at orders@topdrawercollection.com to submit your return.
• Unfortunately items that have been personalized cannot be exchanged or returned - so please make sure to test sizing before you place your embroidery order.
